Pistachio Crusted Salmon

Ingredients:
1 T. Olive oil
1 ¼ lbs. Salmon, cut into 4 filets
¼ tsp. Salt
1 ½ T. Barbecue sauce of choice
¼ cup Pistachios, crushed
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spread 1 T. of olive on the bottom of a 13 x 9 casserole pan.
Place salmon filets on the oil, skin side down.
Season salmon with salt.
Evenly distribute barbecue sauce on top of each salmon filet.
Crush pistachios (place pistachios in a sealed bag and crush with canned food).
Top each sauced filet with evenly distributed crushed pistachios.
Bake 14-16 minutes or until done. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
