MONTHLY COACHING
This package includes four, 30 minute sessions. I use the telehealth platform, Healthie, to allow for safe and interactive communication. A meal plan is included with any new client.
Start-Up $400 first month (initial 60 minute session included)
Beyond the Start-Up $300/month
CONSULTATIONS
All initial sessions last 60 minutes and includes a thorough nutrition plan. Follow up sessions are 45 minutes in length. Sessions can be face-to-face or virtually using Healthie, a HIPPA compliant telehealth platform.

I can provide education in-person or virtually for your business, team or family. Rates depend on what is needed.
