Peanut Butter & Jelly Bites

Ingredients:
1 cup Peanut butter
½ cup Rolled oats, thick-cut
½ cup Peanuts, crushed or diced
¼ cup Cranberries, dried
¼ cup Chia seed
½ cup 3FU3L protein powder, vanilla flavored
¼ cup Coconut oil, melted (melt in microwave or stove top)
Preparation:
Add all ingredients to a medium size mixing bowl and stir until well-combined.
Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes to slightly solidify.
Roll out 18 energy bites, 1 heaping tablespoon each and set in tupperware.
Store in airtight container, refrigerated.
Freeze ½ of batch if desired. Enjoy!
