Peanut Butter & Jelly Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup            Peanut butter

  • ½ cup            Rolled oats, thick-cut

  • ½ cup            Peanuts, crushed or diced

  • ¼ cup            Cranberries, dried

  • ¼ cup            Chia seed

  • ½ cup            3FU3L protein powder, vanilla flavored

  • ¼ cup            Coconut oil, melted (melt in microwave or stove top)


Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium size mixing bowl and stir until well-combined. 

  2. Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes to slightly solidify. 

  3. Roll out 18 energy bites, 1 heaping tablespoon each and set in tupperware.  

  4. Store in airtight container, refrigerated.  

  5. Freeze ½ of batch if desired.  Enjoy!
