Herbed Balsamic Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients:
1 lb. Ground turkey
1 each Egg, large
1 T. Balsamic vinegar, aged
½ cup Panko bread crumbs
1 tsp. Herbs, dried mix of choice (e.g., thyme, rosemary, basil)
½ tsp. Salt
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients until well combined.
Portion 10-12 meatballs out of mixture, roughly 2 T. per meatball and set aside.
Preheat cast iron pan to medium high heat.
Sear meatball for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Bake in oven until done, roughly 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy with sides of choice (e.g., zucchini noodles and sourdough bread). Freezes well.
