Ingredients:

  • 1 cup             Peanut butter

  • ¾ cup            Rolled oats, thick-cut

  • ½ cup            Chia seeds

  • 2 ½ scoops   3FU3L protein powder, chocolate

  • 1 T.             Cacao powder

  • ¼ cup           Bittersweet chocolate chips

  • ¼ tsp.            Salt


Preparation:

  1. Add all ingredients to a medium size mixing bowl and stir until well-combined.

  2. Portion 15 energy bites, 1 heaping tablespoon each.

  3. Store in airtight container, refrigerated.  Freeze ½ of batch if desired.  Enjoy!

Serving Size:  2 energy bites
