Cashew & Macadamia Fluff

Ingredients:
3 cups Cashews, raw
1 cup Coconut milk, full fat, canned
2 1/2 cups Macadamia milk, unsweetened
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/8th tsp. Ground cardamom
¼ tsp. Cinnamon, ground
Preparation:
Add cashews to blender such as a vitamix or ninja.
Pour coconut milk and macadamia milk over nuts, should be ~1/2 cup over the top of the cashews.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until pureed and smooth, about 1 minute.
Pour into air tight container and allow to thicken overnight in the refrigerator.
Serving Size: 1/3 cup
