Cacao Coconut Granola

Ingredients:
2 ½ cups Rolled oats, thick-cut
½ cup Shredded coconut, unsweetened
½ cup Chia seed
2 T. Cacao powder
3 T. 100% pure maple syrup or honey
¼ cup Coconut oil, melted (melt in microwave or on stove top)
¼ tsp. Salt
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Line baking sheet with foil (spray with oil) or parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl until oats are evenly coated.
Spread granola on prepared baking sheet.
Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes, stirring half-way through baking.
Cool for 30 minutes and/or enjoy right away.
Keep in airtight container, at room temperature, 14-21 days.
