Edamame, Avocado & Feta Salad

Ingredients:
1 bag, 12 oz. Edamame, out of the shell, defrosted
2 each Avocados, diced
4 oz. Feta cheese, cubed
1 lemon Juiced
½ cup Cilantro, diced or chopped (use basil if desired)
2 T. Extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp. Salt
Preparation:
Defrost edamame.
Combine all ingredients into a medium size mixing bowl. Mix well.
Rest for 10 minutes in fridge.
Enjoy with whatever your heart desires.
