Tomato Avocado Salad

Ingredients:
1 each Tomato, large, chopped
1 each Avocado, ripe, flesh removed, diced
2 T. Cilantro, chopped (season to taste)
½ T. Extra virgin olive oil
1 T. Lime juice, freshly squeezed
To taste Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in bowl together. Gently stir until well combined.
Allow salad to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Enjoy!
Serving Size: ½ of salad or ~1 cup
Nutrition Information: the freshly squeezed lime juice will help preserve the salad as well as the acid from the tomatoes; however, this may not last longer than 2 days in the fridge, so eat up
