I have over 10 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian. My professional experience includes working at two, five-star wellness retreat programs, being the lead Dietitian at a residential eating disorder treatment facility, ACSM’s wellcoaches coaching training, and more. Prior to specializing in nutrition, I pursued and completed my degree in Exercise Science. I am available for private nutrition consultations, nutrition coaching and group education.
My specialty areas include binge-eating, eating disorders/disordered eating recovery, sports nutrition, gut health, women’s health, and nutrition to enhance longevity.
